This week at I Did it Creations the challenge is to make a shaped card. I had this card base by Studio G from Michael's that I have wanted to use for a while. With my Cricut I cut two different size scalloped circles off the Storybook cartridge using papers from Provo Craft and DCWV. I used distressing inks on the edges of both and adhered them so the gray was poking out behind the red. The image by Robyn's Fetish is colored in using Copic markers. Patterned paper behind the image is by Sonburn with distressing ink Pumice Stone on the edges. The sentiment letter stamps is by Lawn Fawn.
I'm entering this card into the following challenges:
Charisma Cardz(TH#32)-DistressingDigi Doodles(TH#71)-Shaped card
Sassy Studio Design(TH#85)-Distressing
Sisterhood of Crafts(W8-10)-Anniversary
Shopping our Stash(W#12)-Dogs-Digis or Denim. Well I chose a digi image.
Sentimental Sundays(SU#68)-Shaped cards
Little Claire's Design(SA#12)-Anniversary card
Mark's Finest Papers(SA#68)-Distressing
Paper Issues(SU)-Let's Ride
I also wanted to tell you a few things about the I Did it Creations group.
First off Robyn's Fetish, which is where my digital image is from, is having a sale on all her images. 20% off all images from now until August 31st.
Secondly, Robyn has just created a batch of new digis being released as we speak. The collection is called School Daze and can be purchased in Robyn's Fetish/Kids & Children. You can find a freebie from this set on the IDIC blog
And last but certainly not least. IDIC has a group over at SNR (Scrapbook News and Reviews) and we are hosting a challenge that we invite you to be a part of.
Here's what you need to do:
Become a member of SNR
