Chalk-ah-Lot challenge #15

This week we continue on with our Chalk-Ah-Lot cafe challenge of birthday cards.

**Remember you must use powdered chalk by Stamp N Plus**

For this fun card I used the chalk with paint to color in my image. 

I used a die cut and border by Spellbinders. The pearls on the green die cut are by Want 2 Scrap.
