Elsa with Banners

Today on the Outlaws challenge Sassy Studio Designs is the sponsor for their banner challenge. I made this card using the SSD image Elsa. I colored her with Copic Markers and then colored her cape with powdered chalk mixed with paint by Stamp N Plus. It gives the cape a perfect shimmer. The banners and blue die cut  were cut out using my Cricut. The embossed background is by Cuttlebug.
