I credit this card to the uber talented Jennifer Brum. Most of the cardstock is by Recollections. I die cut the small circles from my Cricut Plantin Schoolbook cartridge. The sentiment is by Gina Marie. Check out her website for great deals on supplies. I stamped it with Hero Arts black ink.
