Grandma's Cookies Redo

This was a card that my husband's grandmother saved. I placed a flower over the sentiment that said "grandma's never run out of hugs or cookies."  Now I'm able to use the card for someone else.

Deep Red Stamps Vined Entry

I love this card because it took me hours to color it in with Copic markers.  I don't think I will ever give it away. You can find the stamp in the link below.  Thanks for looking.

Giant Blue flower card

This card was in a 5 x 7 that I cut down to a 4 x 5 1/2.  The only bummer to that is the patterned paper doesn't show the blue color which shows why I chose this flower.

Scalloped Shape Mosaic

This is one of those sets that I bought because the example the demo did with it was really cute but when I got it home I didn't know what to do with it. I searched Pinterest and some  other sites however I felt as though the cards made we're all the same.

I made this one and submitted it to the Just Cards magazine where it was published.

Cricut foam Tags

I was cutting foam with my Cricut to make these tags.  It was a messy job to adhere the foam to the card stock. And it took a very long time.

Manly Monday Mustaches Calendar Layout

I have a fun layout to share today that cracks me up. Here's a little back story for you; At our cottage my husband holds a weekend event called ⛰ Mountain Main Jr. Plus ➕ where the sons or daughters and their dads (No moms or wives allowed) come up for some fun and shenanigans.

For this Mountain 🏔 Man, he bought them all stick-on mustaches  that everyone had to wear for the whole weekend. I always make them get a group picture with and it looks like they're having fun. I'm just glad everyone plays along and there's no whining.

All the patterned paper is by Die Cuts With s View and I cut out the title with my Cricut with the Cricut Font and Basic Shapes cartridge in Cricut Craft Room where I welded the letters together.

Thanks for looking. 👓.

Love Flower card

I finally turned this tag embellishment into a card. The background of the tag (Cricut) is a white heat embossed Hero Arts stamp. The flower stamp is by Hero Arts on white cardstock punched with a Creative Memories circle. Then I have behind that circle is a scallop circle punch by Stampin Up with Die Cuts with a View patterned paper.

My background paper is by Making Memories, the border punch is unknown (I got it in a swap) and the bottom is a border stamp by TPC Studio stamped with Ranger ink.

Lighthouse ATC

Here  is another ATC that I made with a piece of fabric. After I ironed the lighthouse image onto white card stock I added a vellum sentiment.  It was easiest to hide the adhesive by wrapping the vellum around to the back of the card. I finished by rounding the corners.

A Basket of Apples

I made these ATC's for a Facebook group I am in. The apple image is a piece of fabric that I ironed on to white cardstock. Then I dry embossed the whole paper with a Sizzix embossing folder.  I painted white translucent paint over the entire paper and image and added copper perfect pearls. The ribbon notion piece at the bottom tied in a bow is from my mother-in-law stash.

Homecoming Season

With Homecoming season here, I thought I would share a scrapbook page that I did for my nephew's book. Sorry if the picture doesn't look very clear. Either a bad picture or it could be me not wearing my glasses 👓. Anyway, The arrow die cut on the right was cut using my Cricut, the freshman letter stamps are Lawn Fawn, date stamps by Stampin' Up! and the freshman sticker and star stickers are by Sticko.

Cricut Embellishments

I made some embellishments last year that I don't think I posted on my blog. The die cuts from my Cricut are the background dies, the champagne glasses and the white label - bottom right that has the sentiment stamped inside. Most other dies are by Spellbinders  but there are a few flower stamps that came with matching dies. The stamps range from Deep Red stamps (Champagne bubbles) to Hero Arts ( Love flower and sentiment) and  rest of the flowers are by Stampin Up.

Recycled Christmas cards

This background paper is the back of a Christmas photo card. I felt a little bad cutting the kids in half but it's their future I'm trying to save. ♻️🌎.

This first one, I combined a beautiful candle card cut down and taped on to the striped base. The sentiment is a die cut by Clearly Besotted.

The second card I combined the poinsettias card with the striped paprt that I heat embossed the sentiment in black. The red corners are by CM.

Patriotic Cards Part 4

For this first card I used red paper by C gull, blue by Provo Crafts and stripes paper by die cuts with a view. The star die cut in the center is from eBay with letter stamps by Lawn Fawn in red ink.

The background paper is Bella Boulevard. The white paper in the center has been inked and sprayed using a star stencil. The sympathy sentiment is by Clearly Besotted and I cut the edges of the red cardstock with stamp pattern decorative scissors. The red chipboard was painted with Plaid paint with a piece of blue card stock behind it. The glitter star is by Making Memories.
