I used stamps by Deep Red Stamps

Dress Form Floral Corsage
Vine Corner and Border Set

The corner stamps create a subtle background 

I heat embossed the image in silver and colored it in with colored pencils

The patterned paper of the die-cut outline is unknown 

The die-cuts were cut using my Cricut.
