Deep Red stamps record for Just a Note Cards

I used a record stamp by Deep Red Stamps. The sentiment stamp is unknown.
It was so exciting to use up a bunch of sticker sheets on these backgrounds.
The die-cuts are by Spellbinders and Cricut 
The music sheet embossing folder is by Cuttlebug .

    These are brilliant. Perfect little notelets. Re your question of what I use to stick the google eyes with. I just used ordinary glue in a tube that dries clear. The one
    I am using at present is a Nuevo glue pen. Hugs Mrs A.
