Hi. Thanks for stopping by.
My layout today is another one for the year1978. It was a big year.
The die- cuts are by Cricut where I used the following cartridges:
Create a Critter for the pond
Home Decor for the branch and
Dino Play for the rocks
The patterned paper is by Crate Papers
Letter stickers by Provo Craft called Alphabitties
They look like wood.
Thanks for looking.
I'm entering the challenges:
Cute layout!

Cindy, I believe this is my fave LO of your family collection thus far. Again, I love how u combined many things here once again. LOVE the lily pad, the rocks, and how the pond goes off the LO. The title atop the pond is so visually appealing! So well designed! I had a sheet of alphabitties that were rope-designed- they were perfect for a riding kid/teen's pages! They were a little hard to adhere. Maybe b/c they are so teensy-tiny? It was back then I learned to always buy more than 1 or 2 sheets of a set of unique letters. I had only 1 of those and sooo regretted it. I think I gave the last of the sheet to Lilia as they cannot even be matched up with much else as a title!
ReplyDeleteAdmire your inset pic qt the top left of the LO. I do that sometimes and adore the look. Wonderfully done! Love these family LOs. ~Ali :)
Ali, True True True! about buying more than one pack of the same alphabets. Rope patterned alphabets-OMGoodness! Perfect for your horse layouts. Have you been working on any horse layouts? I would love to see the alphabet on a layout posted on your blog. Yup! Yup!
DeleteWay crazy thought more like an idea for you. Could the rope in the alphabet weave into a rope fence?
Like looking at your layout with memory photos. You used wonderful elements. Who are the people in the photos?

I love this layout and how the picture is the main thing with just the right amount of accents. I remember 1978 well as I graduated from high school that year and it was the year of the blizzard in Ohio. Thanks for joining us on BBTB2.
