Friend card

I made this card for a challenge at Paper Variety. The challenge was a tic tac toe board and I chose the three: make a card, with a banner and black, white and red. Thanks for looking.
Supplies: stamps by Maya Road; chipboard and patterned paper by Scenic Route; black label by Making Memories; black paper by Recollections; white cardstock by The Paper Co; ink by Stampin Up; other-eyelets, floss
