I made this love card for either a Valentine's Day card, anniversary or maybe a wedding. The patterned paper is by Michael's, ink by Versa Mark and Stampin Up, embossing powder by Stampendous. Cardstock by Recollections. The heart stamp by Stamp N Plus (X2046) can be found HERE.

After I heat embossed the heart stamp and cut it out, I used distressing inks for an ink resist technique. I then sprayed it with water to give the heart a water color effect.
