Blue Hugs card with Stencil background

I used a stencil by The Crafters Workshop with paint mixed with powdered chalk.
The sentiment is a Sticko sticker
The die- cuts: the circle is unknown and the hearts are felt by Jenni Bowlin Studio
The ribbon is by Offray
