Happy Birthday card

My card for today is a little bit busy for me but it's good to try something new. This card base was white and I used RI distressing inks to alter it's color. Also the tag started off as a nice BG tag and I heat embossed it with off white embossing powder-I'm not sure I like it-and then I inked the entire tag with distressing inks. 


I'm entering this card into the following challenges:

Crafty Ann's Challenge(SA#45)-Embossing
Stamp Man challenge(F#27)-Anything Tim (the distressing inks and tool used are TH)

    I think it turned out wonderfully with all of the different textures! I know that sometimes I am uncomfortable to step outside my "comfort zone" but you did a marvy job!
