You can find them at
and

I made another Movie Clapper card that you can find HERE

I heat embossed the movie clapper with Versa Mark ink, Ranger black embossing powder, and white cardstock by Recollections. I die cut it out with a Spellbinders die. The black patterned paper is by Studio G, pink cardstock by Bazzill and black cardstock by Recollections. I used a EK Success border stamp on the black cardstock and glued it on top of the black ribbon. Once it was there I added sparkle with a Wink of Stella pen. The sentiment sticker is by Sticko and the puffy circles are by Momenta.

Flourish Latte Stamp

My card today features a flourish latte stamp by

You can find this stamp at
or

I heat embossed the latte in a light gold embossing powder by Stamp N Plus.

HERE post where I embossed the same stamp (kinda one of my faves from them) in copper.

I embossed on Bazzill cardstock with Versa Mark ink. Then I die cut a Spellbinders lacy square and then matted it onto a large scallop square. The paper used for the second die cut and the background of the card is by Color Aid. The patterned paper is by Bo Bunny. I used a sentiment sticker by Sticko/EK Success on white Recollections cardstock. I placed a single brad (Creative Imaginations) in the corner to finish off my card.

Thanks for looking.

Manly Monday

Welcome back to Manly Monday. I have a handful of great masculine cards for you to look at. Click on the blog name above the small photo to go directly to the blog post.

For my card this week I used the digi image Anime Hockey by Kenny K. I colored him in with colored pencils (Stampin Up and some unknowns) and partially die cut him out. The die cut I used by Quickutz is a long rectangle and I didn't have that much paper to die cut out. So I just die cut the image and cut the left edge straight. I matted that die cut onto red cardstock by DCWV. The #1 Boy is a stamp by Fiskars stamped in black Hero Arts ink.

This card is part of the chalk challenge at Chalk Ah Lot. The July challenge is anything goes with chalk sponsored by the fabulous Kenny K. I used chalk on the background. The background paper is a grid patterned by Recollections. I dry embossed it using a Darice embossing folder and my Cuttlebug. Then I applied red powdered chalk by Stamp N Plus to the whole piece of patterned paper. This chalk does not need to be sprayed for it to stay on the card. It won't rub away.

Love is.....Wedding card

I made this card using a card, like a credit card, with this sentiment on it from the pharmacy. They were half off and I was waiting for a prescription. I have a couple more that you will see in the future.

I used THIS frame and hanging stamp from Newton's Nook to fit around my sentiment. The frame is stamped onto off white cardstock with Stampin Up ink and then I cut out the center of the frame to show the sentiment. I adhered that paper and the sentiment onto Die Cuts with a View glitter paper. Then I adhered the glitter paper to the patterned paper by Provo Craft.

In order for the bow at the top of the hanger to stay on the paper, I masked off the frame at the top with a Post It. Then I stamped the hanger with Versa Mark ink and heat embossed it in silver (Stampin Up). I tried it a few times before doing it to the actually card. The stamp had to stamp over three pieces of paper, one being glitter cardstock. It was a chore but I got it figured out.

I embellished with pearls from Want 2 Scrap, the ribbon by American Crafts, and  the adhesive lace is by Recollections. I placed a pearl in the center of each open section on the lace.

This could be used as a wedding card, engagement card or anniversary card. Today is my/our 17th wedding anniversary. Our family has sent very nice cards to mark the occasion that I appreciate so much.

Anyway, have a great weekend.

Wedding Congratulations Card

I have a new wedding card today. I really need to invest in a new wedding stamp set. I feel like this one by American Crafts is the only one I have. Ugh! So I stamped the cake and topper on this blue fabric like paper. HERE is another card where I used the same stamp and paper. I fussy cut the cake and topper out and adhered them to a white cardstock Spellbinders die cut.

**I found the name of the manufacturer, it's Kiwi Embroidery Paper. It's kind of thick and fabric like paper. Fun stuff.**

The background for my card is I would say unique. It is a border stamp from the Stampin Up set Mosaic Madness. HERE is a link to see the set, which I'm sure many of you know because it's so popular and has been all over the online galleries and Pinterest. I used the first border and stamped them with black ink by Hero Arts. It looks way different, don't you think? I second guessed myself while making this post. Wait, What stamp set did I use? Anyway, it was kind of a guessing game in the beginning to line the stamp up but as I did about 4 rows I caught on to where I needed to place my stamp so the outside edges lined up to be a circle. The circle then makes a + sign which could represent a cross from the church, hence a wedding card. Kind of a stretch but you know, whatever works. I would have re-stamped the background because the bottom is all smooched up but I didn't have anymore of this color cardstock with me. So I put it at the bottom thinking your eyes are less likely to notice a mistake at the bottom then at the top.

The sentiment is a pre-made die cut that I can't find the package to. Maybe I will find it and be able to update the post.

Manly Monday wolf card

I have another great group of masculine cards to share today. So after my card be sure to click on the blog names and you will be directed to their manly card. Leave them some love.

I heat embossed the wolf with gold embossing powder by Stamp N Plus and then die cut it out with a Sizzix die. I inked the edges with Crushed Olive distress ink. The paper on top is old (circa 2004) by Provo Craft and the bottom kraft cardstock is by Oriental Trading Co. I used a Crafter's Workshop 6x6 tree die with distress ink on the bottom and wrapped some old thread-but it's super thick like twine-arounf the two at the seam. I curled the edges by wrapping the thread around a pencil. Multi Medium Matte by Ranger keeps the shape of the curl and keeps the thread in place.

Let's Celebrate with Kenny K for the Chalk Ah Lot Café

Happy Sunday. I'm back again with the Chalk Ah Lot challenge of anything goes with chalk sponsored by Kenny K. I am using the Jasmine digi for my card. I printed her on watercolor paper by Ranger and colored her in with distress ink and a water pen. I then filled the glasses in with Glossy Accents which is also by Ranger. After all that business I die cut her out using a Spellbinders die and inked the inside with distress ink. The nice thing about this label 4 die is that there is a small and a large set. I like to mat the die with a smaller outside frame than the regular label dies to have. I'm not sure if it is a 1/8 or a 1/4 but it is definitely smaller than say label 1 from die to die.

My chalk is in the background. This new-to-me Darice embossing folder is quickly becoming my favorite and I had some leftover powdered chalk mixed with paint and decided to try it on the folder. I took a paintbrush and applied the mixture to one side of the folder then ran it through my Cuttlebug. I sprayed it with a little water mixed with Perfect Pearls and let it dry. I used watercolor paper by Strathmore and then the black cardstock is by Recollections.

The sentiment is by Paper Smooches and I inked the edges with distress ink.

Hop on over to Chalk Ah Lot and link up your chalk project today.

Summer Dress card

I want to do one last post for today. Saturday is usually the day I post for Stamp N Plus. Check out some of the Iris Folding cards that they sell, right HERE I haven't made many things with their stamps lately, until this past week when I had requests for the dress cards to return to the store.

Here is one that I made which I really like the summery colors. I iris folded the dress using a different patterned paper on the top then the bottom. I can't tell you who the papers are by because they are so old but I do know the yellow cardstock is by Bazzill. The flowers are by Stamping Scrapping. They were white and I painted them yellow with paint by Pebbles. The rhinestones inside each little flower is a donation from a dancing friend. These were the year before leftovers. Love the many different colors she gives me and boy do they sparkle.

The sentiment is by Gina Marie Products which I stamped in black by Hero Arts. This is a 5x6.5 card size because this dress won't fit on my normal little cards.

Thanks so much for stopping by.

Happy Holidays

Hey all I have a quick Christmas card to share. I used the Pink Paislee patterned papers for the background of my card. I did distress the edges with distress ink. The circle die is by Spellbinders (Bazzill cardstock), felt ribbon by Oriental Trading Co, all word stamps by Hero Arts, inks by Ranger and Stampin Up, Christmas tree cut out using Cricut and then I embossed it (Cuttlebug) and inked the edges.

Thanks for looking.

Hot Air balloon card

I have a fun digital stamp card today using Copic markers to color it in. I used the following colors on my card:
B32, B34 and B00
R89, R46, R24, R22
BG32, BG11, BG34, and BG10
G00 and G000
E13, E25, and E33

The aqua cardstock is by Stampin Up and the blues by Sunborn. I did something new for the embossed edge on the left. I had a regular cloud embossing folder that could only be used for a crosswise card and I really wanted to use it for my background but had already adhered my image to the die cuts that wouldn't fit on the card crosswise. I took my piece of blue cardstock and placed it into the cloud folder to the top of the paper and to the very left of my Cuttlebug. With the cardstock hanging outside the embossing folder I grab a border embossing folder by Tim Holtz with Sizzix. It's about 1 1/4 inches wide and fit perfectly on my cardstock just below the clouds and then through my Cuttlebug.  I thought it was the perfect scene for my hot air balloon. What do you think?

Die cuts by Spellbinders, ink by Ranger, chipboard by Paper accents which I painted with Stamp N Plus powdered chalk and paint, pearls by Want 2 Scrap, and the sentiment is by Pebbles.

Thanks for looking.
