Manly Monday Blueprints

Hi all and welcome back to Manly Monday. We are just trying to get everything back together from the weekend before the new school year starts tomorrow. I'm hoping this school year will be better than last year. Anyway I have some fabulous masculine cards for you to check out by 5 amazing designers. Have fun.

Today's Manly Monday card features a blueprint stamp by Tim Holtz. I stamped it onto watercolor paper by Strathmore and colored it in with distress ink and a water pen both by Ranger Industries. Then I matted the image with kraft cardstock by Oriental Trading Co and used a piece for the sentiment. The sentiment stamp is by Gina Marie's Birthday Words sentiment stamp set. You can find this stamp set and many more deals on crafting supplies at wholesalecraftsupplies.com. Be sure to tell her you saw her site from me. For the rest of the card, I used ink by Hero Arts and Stampin Up and cardstock is by Bazzill and Coredinations.

Thanks for looking.

MERRY WREATH DIE-CUT CARD for Christmas Cards all Year Round September Challenge

Today starts the new challenge at Christmas Cards All Year Round. This month you must use kraft on your card.

I used kraft in two places for today's card. The first is the wreath die cut where I used Oriental Trading Co kraft cardstock. While the paper was still in the die I inked the raised areas with Mowed Lawn distress ink by Ranger. The sentiment is a die-cut by Stampin Up that I adhered multiple together to add dimension. Then I covered the top layer with clear Wink of Stella glitter. After that, I added Sparkle Style red rhinestones to the wreath around the sentiment.

The red cardstock is by Creative Memories and the die cut is by Spellbinders. The second place where I used kraft is the card base by Recollections.

That's it for now. Thanks for looking. UPDATED 8-29-21
