The heart background paper in today's card is by K and Co and started as white with white hearts on it. I used distress ink and an ink blending tool to make it pink with white hearts. I cut a piece of My Mind's Eye patterned paper and used a border punch by Fiskars to the bottom edge. I stamped the sentiment with brown Stampin Up ink onto white cardstock by Recollections. The pre-made border of cupcakes is by K and Co. This would be a fun birthday card for a little girl.
