Floral Friday Green Mixed media Card

The Stampin’ Up flower was heat embossed with platinum in embossing powder from Ranger.  Then I used a stencil from Recollections to add some interest to the background patterned paper by K and Co. I sprayed it with Glimmer Mist from Tattered Angels.
I wrapped some felt ribbon by Current around the bottom portion of the card front but thought it needed something. So I took a piece of blue string and wrapped it around the ribbon and tied it into a knot.
The sentiment die was cut out of scrap paper that I used to check my Copic markers.

Best Wishes stenciling technique

I used a Momenta stencil and a Scrapbooking Made Simple leaf stencil with Distress Oxide inks. I inked the stencils in the normal way. Then I sprayed the leftover ink on the stencil with water and squished it over the top.
I reused a floral image, except I added Perfect Pearls on the pedals. I found the sentiment in Cricut Design Space, and instead of cutting it out, I used my markers to write it out. Then I punched it out with a circle punch.

Thanks for looking.

Double stenciled backgrounds

This is a Tim Holtz tag that I did a stencil on a stencil technique. The twisted square stencil is by Momenta, and the dot stencil is by Gina Marie. I used Distress Oxides. The sentiment is by Sizzix. I stamped it with purple ink and clear heat embossed.

Then I created a small tag using a different stencil with the square stencil, but I didn't know how to finish it off, so maybe next time.

This last one uses two stencils and the same sentiment stamp.

Floral Friday Roses Slimline cards

On this first card, I inked the stencil with pigment inks by Colorbox onto vellum with white stripes. Then I heat set it with clear embossing powder by Hero Arts. From there, I just cut it down, added mats behind it, added some rhinestones and then added a sentiment onto a red die cut.

This second card has the same background just on Sizzix gold opulent paper.

You can see the heat embossing on this picture. Thanks for looking. HAGD!

Stenciled Butterfly Cards

For my first card I created the background, using a Stampendous stamp that reminds me of a dandelion. To get the multiple colors, I used different pressures and second-generation stamping.
The butterfly is a stencil from Dollar Tree. I colored the lines of the butterfly with a red Copic marker. Then I added more color to accent the design in colors matching the patterned paper by Cosmo Cricket. When I cut the design out I left an outside border, which accents the coloring.
The sentiment is by Stampin and Scrapping. The last thing is the twine on the left side is by Lawn Fawn

The card above using two diagonal striped patterned paper and the obvious one is by Stampin Up. The second diagonal stripes are on the butterfly. I arranged the stripes to go in the same direction as the other patterned paper.
The butterfly is the same design as the first card. When I made this butterfly I only traced the design with red Copic marker and did not fill it in. A difference between the two butterflies is  out close to the edge. Then I ran a darker red copic marker along the edge.

The doodling on the top and bottom of the center panel comes from the pens used on the draw and cut feature on the Cricut. The sentiment is by Hero Arts.
