Manly Monday Wyoming Scrapbook Layout

This is the last page in my husband’s scrapbook of his trip to Wyoming
The patterned paper is by The Paper Loft.
I ripped it and inked it to go around the article that was in our town’s paper.
I created the year die cut with my Cricut and Don Juan font.
The month sticker is so old, I no longer have the packaging.
I hope to share other layouts from his book.

Thanks for looking.

Birthday Wishes green and blue

This birthday card uses an embossing folder by Stamping Up out of white card stock. The diecuts for this card are the cheap China dies from eBay.  The sentiment is an epoxy type sticker with dimension.
Thanks for looking and have a great day.

Hello

For my card I used a Deep Red Stamp from THIS stamp set.I love how versatile this stamp set is. Super fun for ladies cards, my mom in particular. The supplies I used for this card: cardstock is by Recollections and CGull, patterned paper by My Mind's Eye, with the top portion I dry embossed it with a Darice embossing folder, washi tape separating the two halves is also by Darice. The white lacy die cut in the background was cute out using my Cricut with the Art Philosophy cartridge Font layer size 4". The stamped image is stamped and inked with Ranger Distress ink on a Spellbinders die cut. The hello sticker is by Three bugs in a Rug, flower sticker by Martha Stewart and little brown epoxy circle sticker is by Miss Elizabeth's. The sequin stars are from my stash.

That's my card for today and I thank you for stopping by.

Chalk-ah-Lot cafe challenge #13

The new challenge at Chalk-Ah-Lot cafe, challenge #13, will run from today until noon EST on July 14th.

The theme SUMMER.

Remember you must use powdered chalk from Stamp N Plus and I have a small request for your blog posts. Could you please mention where you used the powdered chalk and what color you used under your creation? That would help me to determine if the project follows our 1st rule of using chalks by Stamp N Plus and would be in the running for a prize. Thank you.

Quick reminder that the owner of Stamp N Plus is offering a chalk challenge special. You would receive two free chalks for the price of shipping and handling. Check out the details HERE.

For my card today I choose the sunshine stamp from the Rain or Shine stamp set. I combined Dandy powdered chalk with paint by Stamp N Plus and used it as my ink to stamp the image. I used a paint brush to lightly spread the mixture onto the stamp. After the paint was dry I used a Spellbinders die cut to cut it out and also to distress and add color to the sun.

I cut the sentiment out using my Cricut and the cartridge Just Because Cards. I applied yellow Stickles to the word Sunshine. Patterned paper and ribbon by Stampin Up with die cuts by Spellbinders.

I used the following sketch from Pagemaps as my guide to making this card. I find using a sketch every now and then keeps me sane. I get all worried that my cards are lacking creativity.

I heart U card for Valentine's Day

I made this card using a digi heart from Robyn's Fetish and digital paper by Bearly Mine Designs. The outside paper is by Deja Views, flower by OTCo and leaf by Prima. The Stickles are distressed and give the image some dimension.
Thanks for looking.
