Blue and yellow Borders birthday card

For today’s card, I layered multiple borders by Sunborn onto the card base.

The sentiment die- cuts are by Clearly Besotted (happy) and Papertrey Ink (birthday) 

It is now evident to me that i is not dotted. Poop!
