Manly Monday

Welcome back to Manly Monday.
Not a lot to say today so I'll let these fine cards do the talking-

For my card today I used three stamps by Stampin Up. The anchor stamp is from Open Seas, the sentiment stamp is from Petite Pairs and the background stamp is called Canvas. I love that Canvas stamp for guy cards. I think patterned papers can be so hard to choose for guy cards. I like that I can take some cardstock and stamp it with this stamp to create a masculine grid like pattern. I used Stampin Up Sahara Sand ink for the background and the lighter colored anchors. The blue anchors are stamped with CTMH ink. The die cut is by Spellbinders using Creative Memories sand cardstock. The ring is a recycled piece found in my home used to hold the boulders over my shoulders up. That garment didn't make it and was dissected for parts:) LOL. The jute used is from a craft store.

Thanks for looking.

This is such a great, masculine nautical design, Cindy! Love how you've used 2 sets of colors for stamping these anchors, and I like how you used twine to add the sentiment. Well done!
