This card was a simply card to put together. I die cut the Poppystamps butterfly out of a messed up heat embossed background. The sentiment is also by Poppystamps. The die cut was a premade and then some brads in the body-they were on my desk.

Offset Stencil background card
This is a recollection stencil. I inked it with red pigment ink then moved it and inked it with a greenish color ink by Colorbox. Then I clear heat embossed it. I used a border punch. Then I added a circle brad in the center which is what I needed for the Simon Says Stamp
Thanks for looking. HAGD!

Floral Friday Paper Pieced Sunflower Sympathy Card
The sunflower background die is from Scrapbooking Made Simple. I used a host of old patterned papers by Provo Craft to paper piece the petals back into the die. The center of the flower is brown flock by Inkadinkado.
Then, sigh, I matted the flower die panel onto another piece of patterned paper from that same paper pad. Well…it was crooked and for some reason I thought that I could straighten it out making the same marginal frame around the edges. using pinking shears. It didn’t. SMH! I decided to make the whole thing look uneven by trimming the edges in different areas and ways. I made it look like it was supposed to be distressed.
The card base is from Current. I inked the edges so it wouldn’t stick out and compete with the white sentiment label. The sentiment is by Stampendous and it’s cut out with a Spellbinders die.

However Long the Night the Dawn Will Break
This is a tribute card to 911. The patterned paper is from my stash. I applied Astro Paste by Simon Hurley onto a sunrise stencil by Tim Holtz directly onto of the patterned paper at the top of the card. The bottom of the card is white cardstock that I used to wipe up the remaining paste on the stencil. The unknown sentiment is on a Spellbinders scallop circle die. Thanks for looking. HAGD!

Upside Down Dog and Cat card
This is my Craft Roulette card. Episode 283. Parameters:
Project: Card for a nerd or nerdy. Beach colors. Element: Hip. Random: animal print. I hated these parameters and considered not contributing this week. But my friends helped pull it together.
I hope my sister gets it. She’s a vet tech and hurt her back. So I deliberately stenciled the dogs and cats upside down.
The stencil is an oldie from my stash. I started by using the ink left on the daubers of distress ink colors Tea Dye and Old Paper. I added a little bit of Tea Dye ink after that ink was gone. Then I came in with Black Soot distress oxide using the ink on that dauber. I was going to try and add shadows to the dogs and cats but I didn’t know how because they were going to be upside down. It wasn’t necessary.
There were spaces that I didn’t have room to add another animal so I found an unknown animal paw print rubber stamp. I stamped it in the empty spaces.with Antique Linen distress oxide. the inside stamp is unknown, and the heart dies were from my stash. It needed that pop of color to accentuate that the animals were upside down for a reason. Sometimes when I put a panel on the wrong way I’ll keep it that way with a note inside.
