This graduation card was made with someone in mind and then I couldn't find it. So, He got a different card. The background paper is by The Paper Studio AKA Hobby Lobby. The center piece of paper is by Best Creations. The graduation caps didn't stand out enough so I traced around them with a fine tip Copic marker. I finished the card with a few stars sequins.
