I don't know about you but I tend to start cards and then go "nah" and set it aside. I have a 16 inch container with would be cards lined up in it. I tell you this because this glittery aqua cardstock with the grey patterned paper base was one I started and set aside. I recently pulled it back out because when my container starts to overflow I try to look at the items in it a different way in order to use them up. The patterned paper is by The Paper Studio and the cardstock is by DCWV.
I'm joining this background with a peacock stamp from Deep Red Stamps which can be found at A Cherry On Top. I heat embossed the image in white onto white cardstock and created the background color with distress inks and an ink blender all from Ranger Industries. I sprayed the image with water to give it the feel of texture. The image is matted onto grey Coredinations cardstock.
The sentiment die is by Papertrey Ink using glitter paper by DCWV. The sentiment stickers are by Sticko/EK Success and the rhinestone is from Michael's
Thanks for stopping by to take a look.

I've been on the look out for feather stamps, but I haven't' found any. This one is exactly what I've been looking for. Putting things side and pull it out later - oh, do I recognize myself.
