Trio of Simple Cricut cards

There are three cards but I’m only entering one into the challenges listed below the picture.

I literally cut the overlay/background out with my Cricut and glued it on a piece of yellow cardstock. That’s what I consider clean and simple. I’m entering the card above into the,

The background on this middle card was created with distress oxides and spritzed with water.

This last card I inked the edges with distress oxide.

Manly Monday Frog on mixed media background

Background-wave stencil by Stampendous green Astro paste. The sky is blue distress ink sprayed with blue glimmer mist. Then a plastic doily and used as a stencil to put a pattern on that upper portion by spraying it with a distress spritz in green. It didn’t really show up. I used it on another project sprayed it with a blue and then turned the stencil onto the card. It’s hard to explain.
Then took a stencil by Creative Expressions called outlined duo rectangles that has multiple levels of dotted lines in an outline around the edges with distress oxide.
There’s a slit cut into the paper within the green border where frog die cut slides in. Thanks for looking. HAGD!

Floral Friday Green Mixed media Card

The Stampin’ Up flower was heat embossed with platinum in embossing powder from Ranger.  Then I used a stencil from Recollections to add some interest to the background patterned paper by K and Co. I sprayed it with Glimmer Mist from Tattered Angels.
I wrapped some felt ribbon by Current around the bottom portion of the card front but thought it needed something. So I took a piece of blue string and wrapped it around the ribbon and tied it into a knot.
The sentiment die was cut out of scrap paper that I used to check my Copic markers.

Large Christmas tree with strips of paper card

I die cut a bunch of Christmas trees and then had the seniors at church decorate them from behind
I did things a little bit different on this card then many of the others. I added the green background frame to set it apart from the blue patterned paper. I adhered the paper strips to the back and then ran that whole thing into an embossing folder with ornaments on it. After embossing, I inked the inside areas of the tree with distress oxides. The star is an iron on patch that can use an iron on to adhered it to anything.

Pink Swirl Rhinestones Gel Plate background

I made this background with some paint on bubble wrap on a Gelli Plate. The rightstones are from what to scrap. The die cut is unknown at the moment. Thanks for looking. HAGD!

Horse Carousel Card

I stamped the image with Versa Mark ink and heat embossed it with platinum embossing powder. I colored the image in with Copic markers.

I made this for Craft Roulette #261. The parameters were: Project: A2 size card. Colors: An amusement park ride. Element: JD. Random: Tickets

This is a weird card and it’s the second card I made using this image. The patterned paper is by Paper Favourites. The border die is by Sizzix. The circle punch and its patterned paper is by Creative Memories.

Manly Monday Chalkboard sentiment card

The patterned paper has green and blue stripes. I decided to change things up with it. I came in with a Hero Arts stencil and blue distress oxide. After random ink blending I spritzed it with Glimmer Mist by Tattered Angels. The sentiment is a chalkboard stamp stamped with distress oxide onto Color Aid paper
