Manly Monday EEK! GdĂȘ

I really like the way this card came together. The little monster stamps are by Stampendous. I stamped them with black Memento ink and colored them in with Copic markers. I then took the colorless blender and pulled the color out from the monsters to make them appear fuzzy.
The window is a piece of white cardstock stamped with a Just Rite wooden background stampin brown ink. I cut the windows out using my trimmer. It’s a little bit rough but I’m okay with it. I die cut the letters and exclamation point by Sizzix. Underneath the window are three pieces of packaging I used to create my background.

Thanks for looking.

Halloween Cutie but Upside Down card

Isn’t she lovely? A long long time ago, I won a challenge and received a pack of Halloween die-cuts. The pack has cute miscellaneous characters. It's a bummer that I didn’t get a chance to use them this season.
The scalloped circles are punched by Stampin Up. The purple is up-cycled packaging. And the letters are by Stampin Up. I didn’t notice that it was upside down until I went to put a sentiment on the inside. So, I just put the “Hi” upside down. That’s the third card this month. Anyway, thanks for looking.

The white border punch is my Fiskars. The pumpkin in the center was made with my Cricut. And the ribbon is from Michael’s. Thanks for looking.

Halloween envelopes to the kids

I used some of the envelopes that are the card to send to with a couple of great-nephews and friends' kids. I stamped the inside with SU stamps.

Then I stamped a bunch of images to color in.

Smile, It's Halloween

These cute little pumpkin faces are the negatives of pumpkins cut on my Cricut. Check out the next picture for the matching pumpkins.

I was just kind of playing with them by pleating the paper and adding distress ink to accent those pleats. After I was...well honestly, after I was bored with them I thought, "These little stinkers are cute." I showed them to Hubby who found a way to slide each side of the body into a cabinet door. They make both of us smile.

Anyway, thanks for looking,
Here are some other Halloween Cards previously posted on my blog:

Cricut Halloween card

The pumpkin tag is from the cartridge Wrap it Up. The patterned paper is by Die Cuts with a View. The orange paper is by K and Co. I used green washi tape in the center. The Boo sentiment stamp is by Craft Smart.

And I won.

Halloween Cards

This first one I used a background stamp by Deep Red Stamps Leaves Background stamps
I stamped it with multiple distress inks and sprayed it with water before and placing the paper onto the stamp instead stamp to paper. I inked the edges with distress ink.
The sentiment is a Cricut die-cut
The ribbon and brad are from my stash.

The only thing I can say about the second card is the pumpkin is a store-bought quilled embellishment from EK Success and the jute that is fuzzy and wrapped around the bottom is also by EK Success.

I found some other Halloween cards when I was looking to see if I had posted a certain card.

Halloween Frame needs some help

Thanks for coming to see my crea8tion
This frame is made with multiple cards and some embellishments that were given to me in a trade.
The only card I could find to link back to is the skull. If you can find any of these cards, comment with the date the card was posted and I'll send you a goodie bag.
However, not all of the frames are cards. I'm going to try to explain which are cards and which are not.

There are 4 rows of 2 frames.
Bottom two are cards-Find them
Next row up, left is a card to find. right is not.
Next row up, left is a card to find. right has already been found.
Top row, Left is not a card right is a card to find.

Deep Red Stamps Scary Tree Stamp Cards

I used this scary tree stamp by Deep Red Stamps for 2 different cards

Deep Red Stamps Scary Tree Stamp

I created the background blending distress inks and on a piece of cardstock with an Inkadinkado masking paper as the moon.
I spritzed with water.
I stamped the tree with black ink and colored it in with distress ink and a Fantstick.

**Scroll down because this card gets better.

My second card
I heat embossed the tree with gold embossing powder and colored it in with Copic markers before fussy cutting it out. The background die-cut is by Sizzix. The polka dot paper is the negative of the die-cut.

BUT I thought they were very blah
So then I added to them:
 Sequin stars are unknown
The sticker letters that are a tree shape are by Prove Craft. They are very old.
The eyes in the OO's are from the dollar store

This one has the same stars and eyes on one of the headstones.
The pumpkin is by Jolee's.
The circle number stickers on the pumpkin are unknown.

Here are few other cards using the scary tree stamp

Sassy Studio Designs Halloween with Wednesday Sassy

Hi-dee-ho! I'm posting my design team card for Sassy Studio Designs. The theme this week is pick three in a row. I chose the center strip of goodies: Spider/Spider webs, Pumpkin, and Candy.

I've used the Wednesday Sassy as my image and even though you can't buy her in the store I have even better news; she will be free on October 30th for 24 hours on the Sassy Studio Designs Facebook group. It is so worth joining in this closed group of crafters because you can now get a free image each week and also a free monthly image. I'll tell you a secret, on the 30th they will have two images for free so join now.

I printed her out onto Neenah Solar White cardstock and colored her in with Copic markers. I fussy cut her out but she has something in her hand that I didn't care for it. Sometimes placement is everything. I created the background with a circle Post It note that I punched out and inked the paper with distress inks yellow, orange, and purple. I followed her coloring because her bikers are yellow, her dress is orange and there is purple highlights in her hair.

I used the tutorial called Burst Through on Splitcoast Stampers by Dina Kowal. I thought it was perfect for this image. The patterned paper on the top is by K and Co. The candy stamp on the bottom is by Fiskars and colored in with Copic markers. The pumpkin is by Inkadinkado and I inked it with Colorbox pigment inks and fussy cut it out. The sentiment was part of a prize so I don't know who it is by but I coated the edges with some distress Stickles. I did add some Stickles to the image too on her buttons and bows in her hair. This card is a 5 x 6.5 which is bigger then I usually make but I printed the image out bigger than usual to get some better coloring in.

Trick or Treat Cricut Pumpkin Tag Card

My card today features a fun background stamp by Deep Red Stamps.

It's called Burlwood and can be found at Oozak's (out of business). If you look at the pattern, you can find what resembles faces. My husband says he sees a dog's face in there. So I teamed up this background stamp with a Cricut die-cut for a little different-looking Halloween card. I'm not really sure why I make Halloween cards because I never send them out:)

The background is heat embossed in black by Stampendous and then inked with Dusty Concord distress marker, water, and a sponge. The water is mixed with Perfect Pearls by Ranger. The pumpkin is from the Autumn Celebrations cartridge and I used scraps of paper I had laying around.

Thanks for stopping by to take a look. I'm off to get my oil changed. I know, I live an exciting life:)

Halloween Iris folding Caldron Card

Hey, everyone-Happy weekend to you.

Today I have a Halloween card to share and it uses an iris folding stamp by Stamp N Plus. In the first picture, you will see the cauldron has been iris folded with some old Creative Memories paper. The paper had splashes of white in it and therefore I covered those white spots using Black Soot distress ink and an ink blender to make it appear all black. I colored the rest of the image using a water pen and distress ink or markers all by Ranger Industries. I should have used watercolor paper for this coloring technique but I always tend to think of those things in retrospect.

The orange patterned paper is from a beach stack by DCWV; purple cardstock by Bazzill; green spiderwebs and black bones paper are by K and Co.

Thanks for stopping by and taking a look.

Spooky Tree Halloween Card

Halloween challenges seem to pop up all over the place so I thought I would see what I could come up with using this stamp by
You can find the tree stamp HERE. I heat embossed the stamped image using Versa Mark ink and Stamp N Plus gold embossing powder on Royal Langnickel watercolor paper. Then I used distress ink and a water pen to color in the tree and an ink blending tool to make the background. The papers in my card are by Imaginisce, cardstock by Coredinations and the brad is by Around the Block.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
