October Calendar Layout Happy Fall Party Crashing

This is an oldie. I always stamp on the  old calendar layouts, “From the 2013 calendar” which you can see under the photo. Those letter stamps are by Lawn Fawn. I have another layout from this party that was in another family’s calendar.

The brown shaped cardstock by Creative Memories. I chopped it up to fit the 8.5 x11.75 layout. The die cuts are by Recollections. The red leaf punch is by Marvy. The football is a sticker. I used the Creative Memories cutting system for the circle. The title are letter stickers by

Thanks for looking.

Floral Friday Coral Floral Card

The patterned papers are by My Mind’s Eye, Cosmo Cricket, Basic Gray. The sentiment by Hero Arts is stamped onto a Martha Stewart label sticker. The flowers are by Prima and brads probably from Making Memories.

Papers are same as above. The sentiment stamp by Hero Arts is stamped with Versa Fine black ink on a scrap of paper that has powdered chalk on it. It punched out beautifully using an oval punch by Marvy. The sentiment stands out from the white flowers most of which are by Prima. Thanks for looking.

The above photo is the rough draft of the 2nd card. I like what I went with. Thanks for looking.

November Calendar Layout The Last Supper

I started with brown patterned paper by Creative Memories and then added the Making Memories floral paper  on top. The teal paper is unknown.
The leaves are stickers. The title Grateful by K and Co. is a sticker on top of a Spellbinders die that I inked the inside before taking it out of the die. The flower in the brown square (by K and Co. too) is a sticker layered on top of teal square punch and a bigger brown square punches by Creative Memories.

The smallest snowflakes are sequins by American Crafts. I added Stickles to the star and snowflake punch. Thanks for looking.

February Calendar Layout Video Chat

This is my Brother's 2023 calendar. I never realized how much I video chat with the kids. Upper left is nephew Spencer and in screen is Emberlee. Then the middle picture is my great-nephew Andrew. And then the last picture is of my niece Evalynn.
So, the patterned paper is from Michael's (Recollections). The border on top is a Cricut weld of circles. The video chat circles are Close to my Heart alphabet stamps and Creative Memories circle punch. The hearts in the border are Lawn Fawn dies. The hearts in the center are Cricut dies and a Creative Memories punch.

Sizzix Impresslits Hexagon Cut and Emboss

I used a Sizzix embossing folder on the green cardstock. I stamped and punched out a Stampin Up hexagon out of a lighter green cardstock. The hexagon fir perfectly in the largest opening. The bee stamp is also by Stampin Up. I did a sloppy fussy cut to fit in the opening. Then the next largest hexagon opened a placed the hexagon that the smallest hex provided when it cut out. That's a crazy explanation. Thanks for hanging in there with me. HAGD

Floral Friday Green Scalloped circle flowers cards

I made these cards using some busy patterned paper by using a scalloped circle punch to get the flower. The flower was lost in the patterned paper. I think it looks great on these four cards. I was happy to find that another flower left over so I could cover up the area by the diagonal sentiment. Thanks for looking.

Black , White, and Red Elegant Cat Card

The background is black cardstock. It was dried embossed with the mosaic embossing folder by Stampin Up. That folder has a matching stamp set and matching punch. I punched the mosaic punches out of red cardstock and glued them into the dry embossed pattern. I cut the cat out using my Cricut. Thanks for looking.

Manly Monday green and blue presents Birthday Cards

I’m using that same Stampin Up birthday stamp set that I use a lot. The green card, the patterned paper is a Christmas paper by Bo Bunny. The scallop punch that matches the sentiment stamp is by Stampin Up. The die cuts are ones that I bought off of eBay. The deckled lines above and below the center strip on both cards are rub-ons by Die Cuts with a View.
For the 2nd card uses blue card and has a Spellbinders die cut using patterned paper by Little Yellow Bicycle. The chipboard on top of the die cut is unknown and I fussy cut the stamped image of a present. This is taking me forever to write this post. I have to be done. Grammar errors and all. :)

A Simple pinK and Cream Scallop Circle card

Such a simple card but it will still make someone smile. The upper and lower pink scalloped circles are a punch by Stampin’ Up!. The thee center die cuts are by Spellbinders. The bottom layer is foam that I got from the dollar store then the middle layer is cardstock. The top layer is patterned Paper by Making Memories.
The stamped sentiment is in my stash. I bought a lot of stuff in September and October of last year and I just don’t know who everything is made by quite yet.
One time, I started a blog post and as I made the cards I would type a product list in the post so all I would have to do is add the picture to the post. I don’t know if you caught that I said ‘one time’ I did that. I should do that more than once.
Anyway, I would search in my craft room for the stamp company but I can’t go downstairs to my craft room putting me at a disadvantage in more ways then just who made this stamp. I am stuck upstairs recovering from surgery. Thanks for looking.

Aqua colored Christmas colored cards

My hands and arms are struggling to type. When my neuropathy flairs up, it feels like pricks of small needles with each touch of each key on the keyboard. I'm not looking for a pity party, I'm just telling you why I haven't been writing much.
Thanks for looking.

Unique background Fall colors card

My card was created using one distress ink and a Post-It note. The leaves are die-cuts from my Cricut and one is a Marvy Punch.

This is how I finished it.

I'm super tired of my phone camera and how the colors are not true to the card.

Thanks for looking

Peace and Paisley cards Part 2

For these first three cards, I doubled up the fabric paisley circles ironing them onto the paper with border die cuts behind them.
The peace sign punch is from Oriental Trading Co.

On the card below, I layered Spellbinders die cuts under the fabric.
Here is another Peace card.

For this next card, I dry embossed the blue paper with a Sizzix folder.
I punched out some leaves and adhered them to the orange cardstock and spritzed them with Glimmer Mist.
The ribbon is from Offray.
I layered Spellbinders die cuts under the fabric.

This next picture is yesterday's two cards with this one.

These cards were made as thank you cards for the parents that helped/contributed to the homecoming float. Long story short, Hubby and other friend teachers are advisors for the class of 2025. The theme this year was decades. The Senior class chose the 1980's. The Juniors were 2000's. The Sophomores were 1990's and the Freshman were 1970's hence the funky cards.

Along with designing these cards, I used my Cricut to cut out a bunch of 1970's type die cuts that the kids glued onto signs. They waved the signs during the Mock Rock (a dance that I choreographed).
So, I had a few extra fabric circles and adhered them to the sunglasses die cut.
This picture makes me giggle because it reminds me of the next picture.

Hubby and BIL check on my dad's cottage when going to our cottage. My Dad's cottage is a 5-minute walk from ours. So they went in, checked on things, and drank one of my Dad's beers.
They found these glasses on the table and in an effort to find out who they belonged to, they took a selfie wearing the glasses and sent it to the family GroupMe app. LOL.

The family didn't think it was as funny as I did.
Thanks for looking.

Christmas Alphabet letters Cards

The Christmas letter stamps are oldies from Michael's. I stamped them with green ink and colored them in with colored pencils. The square punches from Creative Memories. The patterned paper is by Creative Memories (background paper and journal box) with black paper behind it. The gold paper is by Little Yellow Bicycle.

These pictures have the same letter stamps that are card-bound.
