Heat embossed Snowflake background
I will use a piece of white cardstock to test my Copic markers. This is one of those pieces of cardstock. I heat embossed a snowflake background with Versa Mark and silver pembossing powder over the alcohol ink background. The sentiment is by Spellbinders. Thanks for looking. HAGD! PS. I have don’t tried to fix these photos but it’s not working.

December Calendar layout Easter trying to be Christmas

The patterned paper, though unknown, has been a source of conflict on this layout. The large snowflake is a Creative Memories die cut, while the smaller white snowflake is a Spellbinders die cut.
The patterned paper is so busy. It complements the blue shirts and sage-colored walls. I adhered a double mat to the photo hoping it would make the photo stand out but it gets lost amidst the busy patterned paper.
So, what’s the issue? I believe it’s the red and green border. It doesn’t match the patterned paper. I was trying too hard to make it Christmas when the picture was taken on Easter.
I appreciate you stopping by today. Have a great day!

Manly Monday You’re Turtley amazing
I made this card for Craft Roulette #292
Project-encouragement card. Color-sophisticated. Element-house pet. Random-thread
The green patterned paper is by Provo Craft and the blue background is by Basic Grey. The rectangle die and word stamps are by Lawn Fawn. The turtle is a stamp by Waffle Flower and colored in with Copic markers. The word Turtley is heat embossed in white on a Cricut die cut. Thanks for looking. HAGD!
