ATC (Toucan Scraps)

Update ~ 1-8-21
Many of the links were no longer blogs or challenge sites.
I removed them from the posts but do not rewrite the post
I made the ATC for the challenge at I Did It Creation challenge blog. Our sponsor this week is Toucan Scraps. The lovely paper you see in my ATC is from them. I have found a new love for paper crafting with these ATC's. They are so fun to make and if you haven't tried one yet you should. The size of an ATC is 2 1/2 x 3 1/2. Your ATC for this challenge must have Toucan Scraps paper or an image by them and is due by October 2nd at noon EST. There is an ATC freebie in the Stitchy Bear & I Did it Creations Crafting Boutique. Join in on the fun for your chance to win a fabulous prize. See my sidebar for other DT creations and check out all the deets that I may have missed

Thanks for stopping by.

Scrapbook layout (wedding)

I made this Lo with the following sketch from Sketches for All. The PP red by Stampin Up, black with flower Deja Views and matting of the address is Recollections. It's hard to see but part of the stamps in the corners are heat embossed with red glitter embossing powder by Ranger. The flourish stamps are by Autumn Leaves. Ribbon by Michael's, sticker by Karen Foster, "Cherish" by JoAnn Fabrics. The clear photo corners are by Creative Memories because this pictures is a thank you postcard with writting on the back. Brad by Oriental Trading Co, paint by Making memories and ink by Memento and Versamark. The scallop edge is a trasnparency which I cut with decorative scissors, painted with red paint and then stamped on it. Tag under "special Moments" sticker is by TH and border stamp is by The Paper Co. Wow that was a lot to list. TFL

Sketch a thon continues

Here is the sketch for Sept 20th at Sketches for all for the September Sketch-a-thon. I used it to make another LO for my mini album at Sisterhood of Scrap. It was a challenge one of the members set for us by sending us materials to make a vintage album about our selves. I really had a blast making this album and was so glad I could incorporate the sketch-a-thon sketches too. Here is my LO. TFL

Here's my interpretation of it:
And here is the other side of the LO that I made afterwards.
The little squares on the circle say Ya Think? We aren't really Special Ed. It started as a bowling league for SPED teachers but has evolved into all teachers well everyone is welcome to play if you can make it there by 4pm. I thought these pictures of our bowling team member Tim were great with the marquee. TFL

My mom is cleaning out her sewing room and came across some great fabric for me to use on my cards. I made these two for Cards for Kids. That first one makes me mad because I couldn't get the crease out of the fabric. Anyway, Hope you like them. TFL

Autism Awareness Challenge

I Did It Creations Challenges has a very special challenge for you this week...We are challenging you to make a special "Rainbow Themed" card - Anything goes type of challenge, but must have a rainbow or the colors of a rainbow in your creation. The reason for this Rainbow challenge is in honor of a very special little guy named Cameron. If you click on the badge below, you can read his story...

For the Love of Cameron

A little History and the reason for this Super Challenge this week...

A very very good friend of Stitchy's who is known in the digital world by the name "FUNKY" , has built a beautiful fundraiser blog for her grandson Cameron..He is autistic and Funky and her daughter are striving to help Cameron..

Some of you may know Funky, she has been in the digital scrapping world for a very long time. If you could find it in your heart to help Funky and her little guy out, it will not go unrewarded. We know times are very hard for everyone right now, so if you can't give even a dollar, please don't feel bad, but please do go and read his story, he's quite a character lol..Thank you in advance all that take part in this very special challenge - have fun & good luck!!!

For a fun challenge, prizes and a freebie all for a good cause....see I Did It Creations Challenges for complete details.
