Fancy Folding Hello Donut Card

Isn’t he a cute little donut. I finally did one!! The pictures are crappy. Oh well. There’s nothing I can do but keep trying to make them better. I’m not sure how quickly a second donut card will come out because lately, My fingers aren’t working well and this card requires you to do a lot of folding. With high hopes and expectations I cut out more so I would make more. It’s like my Lawn Fawn reveal wheel cards. I have some in the drawer and they just need to be finished up. Anyway, the patterned papers are by Bazzill and Sunborn. The die is by Sizzix. I used distress ink around the edges . The Hello die is by Lawn Fawn. Thanks so much for looking. I’m entering the challenge Simon Says Stamp-challenge foodand Creatilouis-AG and another challenge Inkspirational-different type fold card

Floral Friday Yellow and Gold Anniversary Cards

I’m still recovering from surgery. So, no babbling today. Thank you Faith. I re-took the pictures and it wasn’t perfect sunlight so maybe once they are posted on the blog we will be able to see a difference. I did notice this, the yellow sentiment is on a piece of paper that absorbed the ink making it spread out and this skinny font and all of the pretty swirls don’t look as crisp as the other card. Also, I stamped it more than once and I should have waited for the first layer of application of ink to dry before doing that. I think that’s some thing that I’m going to learn to do with my MISTI. Where is the khaki stamped sentiment is on a better quality piece of paper and I could be wrong but I think it is a different brand of ink. I didn’t know that. I wish I would have stamped the happy anniversary with the Khaki ink because that would have given us a clear comparison on the two inks in the two pieces of paper. But I would like to know if the third picture looks blurry to you. It does to me. Thanks for looking.

A Simple pinK and Cream Scallop Circle card

Such a simple card but it will still make someone smile. The upper and lower pink scalloped circles are a punch by Stampin’ Up!. The thee center die cuts are by Spellbinders. The bottom layer is foam that I got from the dollar store then the middle layer is cardstock. The top layer is patterned Paper by Making Memories.
The stamped sentiment is in my stash. I bought a lot of stuff in September and October of last year and I just don’t know who everything is made by quite yet.
One time, I started a blog post and as I made the cards I would type a product list in the post so all I would have to do is add the picture to the post. I don’t know if you caught that I said ‘one time’ I did that. I should do that more than once.
Anyway, I would search in my craft room for the stamp company but I can’t go downstairs to my craft room putting me at a disadvantage in more ways then just who made this stamp. I am stuck upstairs recovering from surgery. Thanks for looking.

Blue and Yellow Balloon Birthday card

I’m using those Stampin Up birthday stamps again. I have a bunch of cards that I made with that stamp set and I’ve decided not to post them all at once. I find that when my posts contain a ton of cards, I don’t really look at all of the them. Lol.
So besides the balloon stamps, I used a Lawn Fawn Happy stamp and die. The birthday die cut is by Clearly Besotted. The patterned paper is unknown. I did use my sewing machine for the strings of the balloon. Thanks for looking.

Manly Monday Tree die cut Cards

For both cards, the background stamps are from Stampin Up. On the first card, the Forever in Time green cardstock is ugly. It’s from my Mother’s stash and I’ve been trying to find ways to use it-Like use it as a layer or alter it with stamps and inks. I’m open to other ideas you may have any. Please.

This is the negative of a Cricut cut that I stamped with a bright green ink to see how it was going to look. Well, terrible. I used the other side of the paper for that Cricut cut and thought I’d and use the negative for mountains. It sort of worked. I used brown distress ink to ink the smaller tree and ink the scallops to be more convincing and then said, done. I inked the sky with blue distress ink and again, done. I stamped a Lawn Fawn sentiment at the bottom, and done, done with card one.
The second card, same thing, background stamp, inked the middle tree but this time I used foam adhesive to give it dimension. The sentiment is from Michael’s dollar bin, the patterned paper is unknown, and the tree die cuts are from eBay.
I’ve been told, Guys don’t care about the fine details. So…done.  Thanks for reading and looking.
I’m entering the cards into a few challenges.

Floral Friday Detailed square die cut Anniversary cards

I just love this detailed square die. It makes for such a gorgeous card for many occasions.
I made the gold card using up cycled packaging. Yup, the gold paper and the white paper behind it.
The second card was made when I made the purple anniversary cards I posted yesterday. I’m not sure why I went with purple for anniversary cards but I think they will be appreciated. Thank you for stopping by.

Accordion card With Candy Canes with a Yellow background

😭 The front sentiment smeared. But if you open the rest of the card, I think you can get past that. (I hope I fixed it before sending it out.)

The sentiment was created in Design Space and then I used a gel marker to write it on the white cardstock. I just didn't wait long enough or it got thrown on my desk and something piled over it. Anyway, this is old and I mean old patterned paper by Provo Craft. Green paper by Sunborn. Ribbon from Michael's. The back sentiment is a Hero Arts stamp and 2022 is a Stampendous stamp set. Thanks for looking. All of the accordion cards were made using a Melody Lane Cricut Design Space SVG.

Happy Birthday Let's Celebrate Card with my workflow

Here's the card for today. I included the pictures leading up to this final

The embossing and cut folder are by Sizzix. It cuts out the happy birthday in the center as it dry embosses the circles.
The sentiment is unknown.

I tried a green circle underneath a die-cut from a pack of Memory Makers

YO! This one isn't going to be the one but I auditioned it bur I didn't think it went well.

And the final card again.
