The Value of an idea Card
This sentiment is a great lead-in to a belated birthday card. The idea is to send the card on time.
I find it funny that recently I used ribbon on a card and now ribbon has been on a bunch of my cards.
The centerpiece of the card is an ATC that I give credit to in the picture below.
I stamped the background with Close to My Heart stamps. The ribbon is by Offray and the dots are by Gina Marie.

Manly Monday Rockets and Stars card
There are no stamps on this card. I did use distress ink around the edges.
The star die-cuts are by Gina Marie
The patterned paper is by October Afternoon and Provo Craft.
Nothing special. I made it for a birthday card request on the Facebook group. A little boy likes space and planets and this is what I was able to do.

Yellow Butterfly tag on Red patterned paper background card
My card today could be used for any occasion.
The butterfly stamp is by Stampin Up.
I colored it in with Copic and cut it out close to the edge to include some white around the image.
The yellow tag die-cut was cut out with my Cricut. The tag is set with a large eyelet from my Mom’s stash.
The off-white ribbon is by Offray.
The patterned paper is by October Afternoon
I heavily inked it with yellow distress ink. The spaces in the patterned paper that are in between the red were off-white and I wanted the paper to match my butterfly's tag.
⦁Yellow distress ink to the rescue.
There is a bit of red ink blended into the edges.
The ribbon in the center is by...hmmm...my guess is Doodlebug.

Sending Love and Sympathy Cricut Card
For my card today there's a little controversy on the letters.
This whole card was cut out using my Cricut.
Controversy.
My husband says the word sending is hard to read.
Here are his thoughts:
The S needs to be finished with the swoosh back (to the left).
The E looks like a C because the line that creates the loop is not extended down far enough.
The N could really pass for an H.
The D needs to be connected.
The letter I passed his inspection.
The G was not mentioned in the conversation.
For someone that doesn't really look as though he cares about my creations,
this one card really ticked him off. SMH
Yes, he has a point but seriously, let's take a minute and rebuttal
The recipient isn't going to analyze it the way he did.
And the card will probably get thrown away.
Here's the negative of the word Love.
The patterned papers:
Green polka is by October Afternoon
Black is by Creative Memories
The yellow patterned paper flowers are by Crate Papers.
The orange, green leaves, and yellow cardstock are from my stash.
The yellow background cardstock is dry embossed with the Cuttlebug Polka dot pattern.
The yellow flower punch is by Creative Memories punch.
I placed flower brads in the center of each flower.
The leaves of the flowers are from a different Cricut cut. I haven’t figured out which one. I found these leaves on my craft room floor.
I had asked a friend which of the two options in the pictures below did she like most and she liked the black.
I used both because the green paper was already the correct size and I like layers.
Side note: I always think that I should pick a design and let my Cricut cut it while I'm working.
It will be so easy, right?
No. It's not.
The paper starts to drag and
then the different colors of cardstock need different mats.
The thought seems like a great idea that I can't figure out how to make work.

1962 Family trip to FL Scrapbooking Pocket pages.
In 1962 my MIL's family and only the family went on a vacation to FL. Here are a few of the many photos from that trip along with some cute photos that I wanted to include in this book.
This is the right side of the layout. See the bottom for the two sides together.
Alphabet stamps are by Close to My Heart
I cut words FUN and CUTE with my Cricut
The smile sticker is by Studio 112 and Family Vacation sticker...My guess is from the Current catalog.
The die-cut border is by Martha Stewart and the bottom center card has a square in it by Elle's Studio. There is a brad after the letters FL inside the square.
Patterned papers are by October Afternoon (Squares with a pop of red) and Poppy Stamps (polka dots)
(((This is terribly confusing)))
Maybe just look at the pictures
Here they are together and they're not totally the same but for me, they are close enough.

Non traditional Christmas Colors Ornament cards
I do love this embossing folder by Spellbinders and yet I rarely use it
I used small stamps on the inside of the dry embossed pattern.
The tree ornament stamp is unknown as it was a donated image
The pearls on the side are by Want 2 Scrap
For this pink and yellow non-traditional colored ornament, I matted the image onto Spellbinder dies. I found this huge bow that was already tied that matched. It's so thick that I had to use a glue gun to secure it.
Patterned paper by K and Co
Can you imagine getting a card so bright? I've had that tag for a while and wanted to finally use it.
The die-cut tag is from my stash.
I stamped it and heat embossed it
I then added a crazy color combination with distress ink.
I finally matched it up but it is loud and colorful.
The patterned paper is by Die Cuts with a View and October Afternoon

10 Christmas Ornament Cards
I used the ornament stamp in all of these cards.
The stamp I used is by Paper Salon.
I colored the bulbs in with Copic markers
Cards #1 and #2
The sentiment stamp by Hero Arts and the sticker by Echo Park
The die-cuts are by Spellbinders, except there is one red rectangle that I bought off eBay.
The die-cuts that have lighter green patterned paper are actually product packaging that had a great color and soft pattern. Check out the photo below. The die-cut is Spellbinder's Label 20.

The die-cut Spellbinders And Cricut
The patterned paper is by Basic Grey

Patterned paper by Die Cuts with a View
Die cuts by Cricut
The sentiment is a sticker by SRM Stickers
There will be one more in tomorrow's post.
Thanks for looking
These last two pictures are the ornament stamps on their die-cut they went to.
On the back of the red paper, the writing tells me what Copic colors I used. Some of them have directions or pressures. Things for me to look back at when the card is finished and learn from it.
Thanks for looking.

Heart and Virus Emoji card
This card is for a young lady, a teenager that had a heart transplant. I like the emoji because it has hearts on it but I'm not sure what it means.
Then the embossing folder by Gina Marie looks like little particles that float in the air that could be a virus. Idk...that's what I see. What do you think?
The die-cut is a Cricut cut
The patterned paper is by October Afternoon. (I have at least two other cards with this same patterned paper. I have a hunch that these were pieces of scraps that I couldn't throw away.)

I cut the ends of the red cardstock with decorative scissors.
I popped up the image with dimensional tape.

Worldly Cards Part 3
This is the last set of the world cards I made for a police department to show them some love and appreciation.
I used some bits and pieces from the previous cards that I posted
This starred paper is so old. I think it is by Making Memories
I set an eyelet and some ribbon inside
The right side has been misted with glimmer mist
Of them all, this is my least favorite.
The background paper is too much.
I like how I cut the sentiment die-cut in half.
But maybe on a different card.
Patterned paper by October Afternoon
I don't love this one either.
I think it's because I used two different Spellbinder die-cut shapes.
This last one, I stamped the edges with an old dance Stampin Up set.
The hello is a Heidi Swapp tag that I cut off the top.
