I Forgot Day- Belated birthday card

I found this website that lists silly everyday holidays. It has perked me up by guiding me to which card to post on which day.

I discovered that today is
"I Forgot Day"

And that ties in with this belated birthday card for my nephew.

The swirl pattern is an embossing folder by Darice on black cardstock. I covered the pattern with crackle paint, peeled paint. I added gold Perfect Pearls before it dried. The jute is wrapped around the two papers with the birthday stamped sentiment by Stamping Scrapping on top and bottom. The inside says, "Here's the card I should have sent".
