Offset Stencil background card

This is a recollection stencil. I inked it with red pigment ink then moved it and inked it with a greenish color ink by Colorbox. Then I clear heat embossed it. I used a border punch. Then I added a circle brad in the center which is what I needed for the Simon Says Stamp

Thinking of You Rusty Colors Card

The sentiment is from the cut and draw feature on my Cricut. The square was a negative of a die cut.  I created the side border swiping my ink pads back and forth. The rest was put together on a Kraft cardstock.

Manly Monday Mini Card in a Card using Tim Holtz stamps

These pictures represent winters in Michigan.

The three blueprints images are stamps by Tim Holtz. I stamped them onto his watercolor cardstock and colored them in with his distress ink refills and a water pen by him before I  inked the edges with distress ink, by him. The patterned paper is by My Mind’s Eye but idk about the paper that makes the extra fold. The Kraft cardstock card base is from The Paper Studio. Floral Friday Happy birthday card in Pink, black and Kraft

This lovely birthday card uses a stamp from SNP on Oriental Trading Co kraft cardstock. I inked the edges with distress ink. The patterned paper is by Bazzill. The mat under the kraft cardstock was a new technique I tried. It was this Lisa's Stamp Studio. I think this link will take you right to the technique and bypass you from what I would say is "buy my products" jumbo.  If not 3:33 is close to when she starts. You can't really see much of the background, which was on purpose for this particular color family. I  have papers staring at me that you can see the technique done in other colors that came out so much better. Caution**Be careful in how much alcohol you allow to get on your hands. My hands are dry and cracked to the point where I can't bend my fingers without the skin on my knuckles, yes plural, knuckles busting open. Here’s a card using the same paper. To You 2014

Floral Friday Majorie’s birthday card

The only floral is on a tiny piece of patterned paper.

I stamped the butterfly stamps that came from Dollar Tree onto cream cardstock by Cricut and I colored them in with Copic Markers. I cut them out by hand and then used pop dots to adhere to the wings.

The patterned paper in this card comes from: are you ready for this? Cardstock doesn’t count. From the top-down, My Mind’s Eye. Die cuts with a View. Provo Craft. Recollections. Strathmore watercolor paper with a random color mix. Die Cuts with a View, Provo Craft, My Mind’s Eye, and Christmas paper on them both by Anna Griffin. The sentiment is an old embossing folder. It's one of the small ones and I just inked it with distress ink.

Floral Friday Detailed square die cut Anniversary cards

I just love this detailed square die. It makes for such a gorgeous card for many occasions. 

I made the gold card using up cycled packaging. Yup, the gold paper and the white paper behind it.

The second card was made when I made the purple anniversary cards I posted yesterday. I’m not sure why I went with purple for anniversary cards but I think they will be appreciated. Thank you for stopping by.

Manly Monday Golf Tees and Visor Cards

I found this fun corrugated kraft cardstock that seemed perfect for the golf-themed card. I have to tell you my idea for this first card. I wanted to put F-O-R on in the golf balls and then the letter E on the tee without a ball on it. But hubby said nah.  

Golf ball and tees stamp by Stampin Up. Colored in with distress inks. Cut out die from eBay and inked the inside with distress ink. 

The grass sticker border is from K and Co. The card base is corrugated Kraft cardstock

Manly Monday Golf club Bags and club image Cards

The golf bag stamp is by Great Impressions. Colored in with Peerless Watercolors. Die-cut from an eBay die and inked inside with distress ink. Border stamp by TPC Studio that was white heat embossed. Embossing folder by Cuttlebug that was inked with distress ink on an ombré of blues. All of this is on a kraft colored cardstock
 



I colored this image with Copic markers and used Sizzix dies to cut it out. The grass border sticker is by K and Co. The patterned paper is from my stash. The label is by Close to my Heart and I tried to stamp the word Fore! in there and it didn’t turn out well.

Forever in our Hearts Bright sympathy cards

I made a few not your normal sympathy cards. The colors are kind of bright. I'm not sure if that's good or bad but any card you send someone will be appreciated.

The heart dies I bought off of eBay.
They were cut out of DCWV glittery paper.

Thanks a bunch in Blue and Kraft

The kraft paper is by Oriental Trading Co. The blue background is by Paper Pizzazz and the patterned paper is unknown. 

I stamped the floral stamp with navy ink (SU) on the top and bottom of the kraft cardstock. It was an option for a table number for my neighbor's wedding. This and many others were ones that I didn't show her. I pulled out a bunch of stamps to see what I had to present to her. She ended up going with something else that I'll have to find the pictures to post. It's okay that I ended up so many already stamped images because then I'm able to pull one out and make a card.

Butterfly card On Your Special Day

I Stamped the butterfly and colored it in with Copic markers before fussy cutting the image out and adhering it to this yellow tag. I added an eyelet to the tag and adhered it to the Making Memories patterned paper. The blue paper is a recycled card and the sentiment stamp is by Bo Bunny. Black Hero Arts ink. I stamped the flower onto kraft cardstock and colored it in with Copic markers. The sentiment stamp is an oldie by Stampin' Up. I used a Marvy corner punch and layered my image onto black cardstock and then onto the purple/pink cardstock.
