I have a new card today using a Deep Red Stamp.
The stamp looks like this but when I colored in the bird it looked horrible because I was using a cheap cardstock that distress markers just bleed right through.
You can find the If Friends Were Flowers stamp at Scrapbook.com and A Cherry on Top.
The stamp is heat embossed in a gold embossing powder by Stamp N Plus and colored in the flower with distress ink and a water pen. I cut the bird off and double matted the sentiment on to a scrap of yellow patterned paper and green cardstock. The background yellow cardstock is by Bazzill and it is embossed with a Stampin Up embossing folder (perfect for spring cards).
The corners are die cuts from my Cricut in white cardstock by Recollections. The flowers are by Michael's (one with the rhinestone) and the rest by Creative Memories. The leaves are a new to me die by Elizabeth Craft Designs that I die cut in white and then inked with Peeled Paint distress ink by Ranger. I did spray them with water and Perfect Pearls.
Thanks so much for stopping by and taking a look.

I think the bird fiasco was a blessing in disguise, because this card is perfect just the way it is. The bird would have been too much! I love the shape that emerged when you cut the sentiment.
Your card is beautiful, Cindy. Thanks for joining our Green challenge at Cut it Up!
