The challenge at Chalk Ah Lot is A Holiday with Chalk. The sponsor is Dreamweaver Stencils and I used their Leaf Texture stencil to create my card. I mixed Ritzy Powdered Chalk by Stamp N Plus with Dreamweaver Translucent embossing paste and applied it to the stencil onto white cardstock. After it dried I applied Ranger Distress ink to the paper and the card base. I sprayed both with water mixed with Perfect Pearls to give the card some more sparkle.
The leaves with the acorns and the label seal are from 1955. They were in my Mother In Laws things when they moved her out of her home recently. I stamped a Gina Marie stamp from the All Seasons stamp set. It is stamped in brown ink by Stampin Up.
Thanks for looking.
