Cowgirl, The Wiz and flowers-Oh My! Layouts

So I missed yesterday and I am going to make up for it today:)
First I have some Sassy Lil' Sketches layouts to show you.

The purple checked is actually the fabric in which her top is made out of. The little squares below the pictures I used a 3D Zot and placed it in the center of the fabric square

Then I folded in the sides.

This what it looks like from the back.

This what it looks like from the front.

Just a fun way to use fabric and add a little dimension to your projects.

Next is another sketch from Sassy Lil' Sketches and then my layout

That brick road was a little bit tough to make but I basically just cut small pieces of the patterned paper and then used a corner round on them to achieve the wave look. I then made a mask to cover up the white paper and sprayed the "Yellow Brick Road" with Perfect Pearls in gold and water and then also with some Mustard seed Glimmer Mist.
I was inspired to make the brick road and the whole layout by the movie "The Wizard of Oz" and therefore am going to use it over at Two Peas and a Buckets for the outside inspiration challenge.

I'm also using this LO for the challenge at Charisma Cardz for their no cards challenge, the Song and Dance challenge at Crop Suey, Crafts 4 Eternity's anything goes challenge and My mums craft Shop Challenges has an Girl challenge which how much more girl can you get then being Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz.

And last project for tonight but certainly not least I made a card for the CDAC challenge of using two ribbons one which has to be in a bow that is being sponsored by Shannon's Sentiments, which she has supplied an image and a sentiment. Here's my card with just the image:

That's what I have for you today. Tomorrow is a mystery as to what I am going to post. You will just have to check back and see:)

Hi Cindy,

This is all lovely but I like the first scrapbooking project and the last card... Love the way you did up the purple fabric with the gem on it. The sentiment and flower pot on the card look so nice.
