I made this friend card using PP by DCWV and my Spellbinders oval scallops. I'm not sure who the stamp is by. I borrowed it from a friend and she takes them out of the package. I'm entering this card into the challenge at My Time to Craft for the Just between friend challenge, My Craft Spot and Stamps R Us.
