The picture below shows the foil on the back of the rhinestones that I added on top of the balloons.
Stamp and ink by Stampin Up
Distress ink too. I used a water pen by Ranger.
The card base is a Thank you card from my mom’s funeral.
The clear beads and rhinestones are from my stash. Thanks for looking.
