Fall Colors with leafy dry embossed background card

I found this beautiful background in “the drawer”. It’s dry embossed with a Darice embossing folder. I covered the background with Distress Oxide and sprayed it with Dylusions Shimmer Spray. I wrapped the rust-colored ribbon down the center of the embossed background and secured it around the backside. Then on top of the ribbon is a piece of patterned paper by The Paper Studio. I used my Cricut to cut out the sentiment. The leaves and the die cut in the center are by Spellbinders. Manly Monday Silhouette Grass Background card

I used the same Hero Arts Stamp from last week. It's called Silhouette Grass. I stamped and inked it with brown and blue. Then I heat-embossed the sentiment with clear embossing powder. Thanks for looking.

Gray busy fancy birthday card

There’s way too much going on with this card. The background stamp and ink are by Hero Arts. The die cuts are by Spellbinders. The bottom layer is a recycled wallpaper sample and the rhinestones are by Want2Scrap. Then the patterned paper is grrrr idk. I know what the pattern on the other side looks like. The flourish is a rub-on and the sentiment is a sticker. Thanks for looking.

This is an old layout that was hanging out in my drafts. All of the paper is by Die Cuts with a View. Circle shapes were cut out using the Creative Memories cutting system. The flowers are from Oriental Trading Co. The date alphabets are by Lawn Fawn. The journal box and the rhinestones were picked up at Michael’s. Thanks for looking. 

Floral Friday Up cycled Granddad Rose Card

I couldn’t decide which picture I liked most so I included both.

I found it interestingly strange that this flower came from a store bought card for a granddad. The title of a  granddad is also something I’ve never heard of anyone referring to the their grandpa. Idk. I fussy cut the flower out of the said card. I inked the edges of the patterned paper with distress ink. The patterned paper and die cut are from a new to me brand. Thanks for looking.

Hope You are Back on Your Paws Soon Card

I really like this card. I found the dog stamp by Stamp n Plus and colored with Copic markers, in the images drawer. Behind the dog is a Creative Memories sticker. Behind the Creative Memories sticker is a chiffon ribbon. Behind the chiffon ribbon is a white piece of cardstock that was dry embossed with a Cuttlebug embossing folder, inked with Distress Ink, and sprayed with a gold shimmer spray.

Deep Red stamps gold embossed butterfly card

Isn’t that crazy how the card looks in the different lights. The scalloped half circle is a journaling card by Making Memories. The butterfly stamp is by Deep Red stamps. I heat-embossed with a gold embossing powder. Then a inked the area where the butterfly is. Then I partially colored it in with different colors of distress ink.

Manly Monday cranky Santa Claus card

This is not my normal happy go lucky Christmas card. Sometimes it happens where things on my desk meet each other and look great together. The patterned paper is by My Mind’s Eye. Halloween Cutie but Upside Down card

Isn’t she lovely? A long long time ago, I won a challenge and received a pack of Halloween die-cuts. The pack has cute miscellaneous characters. It's a bummer that I didn’t get a chance to use them this season.
The scalloped circles are punched by Stampin Up. The purple is up-cycled packaging. And the letters are by Stampin Up. I didn’t notice that it was upside down until I went to put a sentiment on the inside. So, I just put the “Hi” upside down. That’s the third card this month. Anyway, thanks for looking.

This is an image from "the drawer". I did this iris folding technique years ago. I made the background with blue Distress ink. I used a Fiskars border punch as a stencil at the top. October Calendar Layout Brrrr Mom it's Cold Outside

Today is my Mom's birthday. She would have been 76. After she died in July 2019 from complications of dementia and failure to thrive we held a memorial at the funeral home. Then we did a burial of her ashes on her birthday, October 12, 2019. It was so cold that day that I couldn't use normal colors for an October calendar page.  The patterned paper on the left is by Recollections and by Basic Gray in the Cricut title. Diagonal pattern with Scraps of Green Christmas card

Patterned papers are by K&Co. Sunborn. Recollections. The stamp was inked with two different colors of distress markers. I huffed on it and stamped it onto the paper.  When you put one ink color on the stamp it tends to dry before you ink and stamp the next color.

Happy Dog image colored in with Chalk card

The patterned paper by Moxxie on the bottom and My Mind's Eye on the top. I cut the image and the mat behind it with my trimmer and rounded the corners with a Creative Memories edge rounder. There's a border between the two papers and it is by Martha Stewart. The digital image is by Robyn's Fetish and colored in with powdered chalk mixed with white pearl paint both by Stampin N Plus. Then I came in with colored pencils to finish and add shadows. Thanks for looking.

Calendar Layout October Great-Nephew's birthday Month

So for this layout, I knew I wanted the party hat in the dump truck because I don't usually get to use a party hat (CM) or a dump truck (Mrs Grossman's). The orange die cut and patterned paper were by Bo Bunny.
For the rest of the layout, I had help from my niece and nephew's girlfriend. I wish that I would have added a title. I might steal it back to do it. Thanks for looking.
