Lighthouse Card for the BLENDS Blog Hop

Welcome to the BLENDS (blog + friends) blog hop.

If you are just joining in here is a list of all the participants:
Cindy (that's me)

We were asked to create a project based on one of Jessica's posts. Here is the card I based my card on:

This is the sketched she used by Unity KOM sketch challenge:

Here is my card:

patterned paper by Deja Views, embossing folder by Tim Holtz, sentiment sticker by SRM Stickers, ink by Colorbox and Memento, stamp by Stamp N Plus Scrap N, cardstock by Recollections.

For this hop, I am offering a small candy prize to one lucky person who comments on this post from now until the hop ends. You must be a follower to my blog to be eligible to win. Here is a picture of my candy:

As for the hop, Jessica has many great sponsors and prizes to offer to some lucky people who leave a comment on each of the blog hop participants blogs.
First, we have a new release by Whimsical design stamps.

Then from Julie K from A Little Bit of Bling and 3 Girl Jam, she is offering Valentine's ribbon bundle.

Jessica is offering 3 different grab bags of 16 Unity stamps in each. She decorated them ever so pretty.

Jessica is also offering 2 lucky hoppers one set (5 pins per set) of her handmade corsage pins:

And then she is offering a $10 gift certificate to Pink by Design.

Here are the rules:
Hop along to each of the blog hop participants blogs
Leave a comment and become a follower at each stop
Stop back to Jessica's Craft Shaque and tell her your favorite project and what you thought of the entire hop
The BLENDS Blog Hop ends Wednesday, January 25th

Chalk-Ah-Lot Pastel Butterfly Thanks Card

Edited May 2021. See sidebar for explanation

This week at Chalk-Ah-Lot Cafe our challenge is CHALK DIRECT TO PAPER. So no paint or water or glue or anything just the chalk. I dusted my chalk onto the bottom portion of the card. It's light but it does have these fun streaks in it. I love the way they stand out. The flourish on the card was brushed with chalk and paint. You can find the powdered chalks HERE. They are truly fabulous. I have been using them on everything lately. The butterfly and sentiment stamps are by Stamp N Plus Scrap N. Thanks for looking:)
