Forever and Ever

I have another wedding card to share today. Real quick I wanted to tell you that the title of this card reminds me of the sequel for Open Season where Elliott is afraid to marry Giselle forever and ever. He questions Boog about the "and ever". It is a comical movie but not my favorite animated movie sequel. Idk which one is my favorite now that I think about it. I will have to ponder that one and get back to you.

So....I created the background by stamping a Hero arts background stamp with Versa Mark ink onto an off white but not cream off white more of a grey off white, cardstock by Stampin Up. I heat embossed the background using silver embossing powder by Stamp It. I cut this background piece a little bit smaller then some sparkly aqua cardstock by DCWV and then adhered the two together for a layered look.

I then took a scrap of patterned paper and used a border punch by Martha Stewart on both sides creating that lacy doily look. I die cut the white Label 5 and rectangle dies by Spellbinders out of white cardstock and a slightly patterned aqua paper both by Recollections. I placed the gems by Want2Scrap around Label 5 with a Jollee's cake sticker in its center as my focal point. The sentiment is a pre-printed vellum piece out of a pack by Studio 112. I ran it through my Xyron sticker maker and love the clean results it produces. It's fun to see the stamped butterfly on the layer under the vellum.
