I have a birthday card to share today. I tried doing the Velveteen technique with the background but found that the polka dots don't give the best look with the flowers stamps. The flower stamps are by Fiskars and Imaginisce. The patterned paper and sentiment are by The Paper Loft. The flowers are by Stamping and Scrapping, Petaloo and Recollections. The centers are stickers I bought at a dollar store. Thanks for looking.
