The background stamp is by Hero Arts and I heat embossed it with white embossing powder onto colored card stock.

The sentiment is by Stamping up 

The die- cuts are by Spellbinders. I used eyelets to secure those label dies in place.
I think I only used one patterned  paper in that is in the first left upper corner is Basic Grey
