Peace & Joy Card

It sparkles so much prettier in real life. I hate that the sun goes down so early nowadays. anyway. I did this card for the Tuesday Triggers: All That Glitters at Moxie Fab. I really like the silver and purple color combo and that is why I used silver embossing powder for the polka dots on the gray paper. Both the Gray and light purple paper are sprayed with a mixture of Perfect Pearls and water to give them that extra sparkle. The twine used on the banners is actually silver and glittery made by Inkadinkado.

Supplies: Cardstock by Sunborn; ribbon unknown; fiber by Inkadinkado; embossing powder by Stampendous, stamps by Fawn Lawn, Clear Dollar Stamps, Technique Tuesday, Hero Arts, Stampabilities and Stampin Up; banner by Cricut cartridge Lryical letters; ink Versamark, Ranger and Memento; Perfect Pearls by Ranger.

This card is for the following challenges:
Simon Says-nontraditional Christmas colors
Sweet Stampin Challenge-Make your own Background paper (polka dot paper)
Creative Card Crew-Anything goes
Papertake Weekly-non red and green card
One Stitch at a Time-Old stash- paper is about three years old and ribbon is about 5 years old but all the letter stamps are new and the cartridge to make the banner is new.
Thanks for looking

Moxie Fab Birthday card

I have created a card for the Card Creations: Favorite Occasions Week Birthday Challenge in the Moxie Fab World. I was so inspired by pink tonight I ended up with four pink cards. Well this card, I just love this flower sticker by Me and My Big Ideas-besides the rhinestone the petals sparkle. Behind that flower sticker is white cardstock Spellbinders Nestabilities die Dahlia with inked edges. The polka dot paper is by Making Memories, which I inked the edges with Spun Sugar Distress ink by Ranger and the striped paper I didn't ink. It is however so old I don't remember the manufacturer. It's always good to use up the old stash. It gives you a chance to make room for more. Other supplies: Ink is by Ranger and CTMH, stamps by The Paper Co (border) and Stampin Up (sentiment), and cardbase by The Paper Co. Be sure to check out all the entries and leave them some love. There is some amazing talent there that will inspire you to get off the computer and start creating. Thanks for stopping by.
