Deep Red Stamps and Xyron Blog Hop Day 2

Day 2 for the blog hop. Sorry I'm so late. All I can say is aging parents are aging me. Ugh!

Make sure that you leave a comment on all my blog hop posts this week for a chance at a $25 coupon to Deep Red Stamps. I get to give one lucky participant that comments that $25 coupon to the Deep Red Stamps store. I am super excited for you guys. Good luck.

I made some ATC's (Artist Trading Cards) for a swap I'm in and the theme is food. I used the Apple Harvest stamp.

I stamp the Apple Harvest stamp onto watercolor paper (Ranger) with Versa Mark ink and heat embossed with a copper embossing powder (Ranger). I colored in the stamp with Peerless watercolors and the gold rim is a Wink of Stella gold. After the image was dry, I cut them out leaving a small white edge around each one.

The sentiment is a Cricut cut from the Just Because cards cartridge. The background is a stencil (The Crafter's Workshop) that I applied Antique Linen and Frayed Burlap distress ink with a distress tool.

I used the Xyron 250 to adhere the basket and the sentiment to the card.

The back of the ATC is also a Deep Red Stamp called ATC Prof Boston.

The next step to bettering your chances of winning the $25 coupon to Deep Red Stamps is to visit the Xyron Design Team ladies participating today.
