Day 2 Stretch your Stamps Online Card Class

I made the above card using the technique from Jennifer using the Perfect Pearls onto my background stamp by Deep Red Stamps. I don't have the stamps or die cuts that she used in her card so I'm improvising with what I have.

The tree bark background stamp can be found at
I inked it with Versa Mark ink and used the Perfect Pearls by Ranger to create the color. Then I heat embossed the background with clear embossing powder by Stamp N Plus.
The leaf center is cut out with a Spellbinders leaf die cut and the birthday die cut is by Papertrey Ink. I inked the edges of the sentiment with distress ink and the watercolor used for the background stamp is by Ranger. The background cardstock is by Bazzill and the card base is by Recollections. The "Wish for you" stickers are by K and Co with pearls by Want 2 Scrap.

Stretch Yours Stamps Day 2 Joy

I'm posting some more cards for the Stretch Your Stamps 2 class that I am taking. This technique is from Day 2 with Joy. I don't have the stamps they are using so I used THIS background stamp by Just Rite. My paint is by Ranger and then I inked the background with purple distress ink.

The sentiment stamp is a new one by Gina Marie from her Birthday Words Stamp Set and can be found at her discount website at Wholesalecraftingsupplies.com. I stamped the sentiment with brown ink by Stampin Up.

The patterned paper is old by Paper Adventure and the purple cardstock is by Bazzill. The flowers are by Oriental Trading Co {brown polka dot}, Creative Memories {big purple flower}, Making Memories {brown flower}, and Prima {small purple flower}. The center of the flowers is by Recollections. I cut the hole out with my cutting system by Creative Memories.

For this card I used brown cardstock from Hobby Lobby, a tag by Studio 112, and a sentiment stamp by Stampendous.
